This home comes fully-furnished with some exclusions – see exclusion list. The front of the house has a porch with a ceiling fan to keep you cool so you can relax in the coastal home during the hot weather. The first floor has gorgeous ceramic flooring in the foyer, kitchen, dining area and hallway with beautiful plantation shutters. There is a half bathroom as you walk in. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace. The living room and dining room were both expanded with bump outs to make these rooms larger. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances to include a gas stove, refrigerator with two ice makers & breakfast island with granite are featured in this open and upgraded kitchen. The kitchen also comes with a wine cooler. The kitchen cabinets are soft closing with brown color lower cabinets and white color upper cabinets. The dining room is next to the kitchen for easy access. There is also a first-floor laundry room that utilizes wi-fi for the appliances. The first-floor primary bedroom has its own ensuite. The primary bedroom has Berber carpet with nicely sized closet. The upstairs has three additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is extra-large and has a private bathroom (second primary bedroom). This room could be utilized as a game room/pool table area as well. There is also jack and jill bathroom upstairs. The upstairs has carpet throughout. The steps leading upstairs are solid oak hardwood. The home comes with a tankless hot water heater.
